Materials, 


1.  Open a new transparent image, size 400 x 400 pixels.

2.  Open the 2 tubes, minimize them.

3.  Set forground on color White.

Set background on Gradient Cotton Candy,
angle 45, repeat 0, styl lineair.

4.  Flood fill the transparent image with collor White.

5.  Layers, new rasterlayer.

6.  Fill the layer with Gradient Cotton Candy.

7.  Effections, textureeffects, Blinds, sie under.


8.  Effections, Plugin Unlimited 2.0,
 Edges Squar / Square Edges 14.



9.  Layers, new rasterlayer.

10.  Fill with color White.

11.  Effections, Plugin Unlimited 2.0,
 Edges Round / Round Edges 12.




12.  Activate you Magic Wand, sie settings.


Click with you Magic Wand in the Round Edges.

13.  Effections, Texture-effects, Mosaic-Glass.



14.  Effections, Edges Effects, Enhance More.

15.  Selections, Select none.

16.  Image, Resize 90 %.

17.  Activate the tube swdsnowyride, copy,
and paste as new layer on the tag.

18.  Adjust, Hue and Saturation,
Colorize, put everythang on 0.

19.  Effections, Plugin Fotomagis, Skygrad, sie settings.


20.  Adjust, sharpen more.

21.  Activate the WinterBeauty tube.
( I can the tube uses of Mary. Thank you Mary ).

22.  Image, resize 80 %, copy, and paste as new layer.
Put the tube in the middle.

23.  Effections, Edges Effects, Enhance.

24.  Set you Background on color White.

25.  Activate you Text tool,
I chose standaardletter: Almonte Snow, sie under.


Type you text of name, click Apply.
Put your name on a nice place.

26.  Effections, 3D- Effects, Dropshadow, sie under.


27.  Layers, Merge, Merge all.

28.  Effections, 3D-effects, Bottonize, sie under.


29.  Image, resize you Tag to 300 Pixels high,
of what you want.

30.  Set you Forground on Color White.
Set Background on Gradient: Cotton Candy.

31.  Activate you Preset Shape and look to Star 4, sie under.

Draw a cupple nice stars.

32.  I have made a little Animation,
do what you want.

33.  Save the Tag as JPG File.
