This tutorial can be made in PSP 9 and PSP 8.

Supplies:
Background Saramoon.
Pattern: jb-goldstrip 2.
Selection: selleny14.
Tubes from Vi and Petralevi.

Material zip,

Put  Background Saramoon as JPG file on you PC.
As soon as we have finished saving everything where it should be,
we can begin.
 Success.

1.  Open the Background Saramoon and the 2 tubes,
Minimize the Vi- Saramoon and the Tender flower tube.

2.  Set you background on Pattern jb-goldstrip 2, angle 0, scale 100.

3.  Layer, new rasterlayer,
Go to Selections, selections load/save, selections load from disk,
find selleny14, click on load, see under.

 
keep selection active.

5.  Activate Flood fill, right-click in to the selection,
it is now gold,
Keep selection active.

6.  Selections, Matting, Black pixels delete, click OK.

7.  Selections, select none.

8.  Layerpalette, activate background.

9.  Activate the Vi-saramoon tube, delete watermerk,
Image, resize, 60 %.

10,  Copy the Vi-saramoon tube and paste as new layer
on the image, set her with the mover tool left below.

11.  Activate raster 1, Effections, 3D effects, drop shadow,
see under.


Attentions  to colour 461210.

12.  Activate background.

13.  Activate the Tenderflower tube, Image, mirror,
copy the tube and paste as new layer,
 puts it with the mover tool to right side, see example.

14.  Layerpalette, activate raster 3
with the following settings on 70.


15.  Layers, merge, merge all.

16.  Image, Add Borders, left and right 2 pixels,
symmetric off, color red.



17.  Activate Magic Wand, Select with the Shift key
the 2 borders, fill with pattern jb-goldstrip2.

18.  Effections, 3D effects, Inner Bevel,see under.


19.  Selections, select none.
20.  Image, Add Borders, repeat step 16,
left and right now on 42 pixels, color 461210.

21.  Select with magic wand the left border,
Effections, Blinds, see under.


22. Selections, select none.

23.  Select with magic wand the right border,
repeat Blinds, activate Horizontal.

24.  Selections, select none.

25.  Layers, new rasterlayer.

26.  Activate text tool, lock forground,
background on Pattern jb-goldstrip 2,
I chose standaard lettertype Palation Linotype, see under.


Type your text or name, click apply,
turn you text with the deform tool vertical,
and put it in the middle from the left border.

27.  Layerpalette, right-click on vector, Convert to raster layer.

28.  Effections, texture-effects, Sculpture, see under.


29.  Effections, Edge effects, enhance.

30.  Repeat Step 25 t/m 29  if you want text in rightborder.

31.  Layers, merge, merge all.

32.  Image, add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color red.

33.  Select border with magic wand and fill with jb-goldstrik 2 pattern.

34. Repeat Step 18.

35.  Save as JPG file.
