Plugins, here.

Materials.  
Plugin: Funhouse, click below in downloadsite on
arrow, click then on letter F, and find Plugin Funhouse.

Tubes.

Gradient: vbs2.
Gold pattern.
Fonts: Platthands.
Preset Shaped Tool: Bolt - which is a standard shape in  PSP.
Please note!!! It  can either be located in PSP 8 or  PSP 7.
Shapes Bolt, extra in Materials zip.

The tag can be made in PSP 8 or PSP 7.

We're ready to have fun. Let's begin. Good luck! :)

Open a new transparent image, 375 x375, in PSP.
Set the Foreground on the vbs2-gradient,
 and the Background on the gold pattern.

1.  Click on the Preset Shaped Tools and find the Bolt - preset.



Draw the Bolt  shape.




2.  Go to your Layers palet, right-click on the Vector 1,
  convert it to a rastor layer.
 
3.  In the color palet: Change the background
 to the Gold pattern, angle 0, Schale 100, Stile .

4.  Fill the shape with the gold pattern.

5.  Click with your Magic Wand in the transparent area.
 go to Selections / Invert,
so that the marching ants appears around the shape.

6.  Selections / Invert. The marching ants appear around the shape.
 Go to Selections again / Modify  / Contract by 5 pixels.

7. On the color palet:  Change the foreground color to the gradient :
 vbs2, Angle 45, Repeat 0, Style = Sunburts.

8.  Fill the center of the image with the gradient.

9.  Effects, 3D-Effects, Inner Bevel with these settings below.



Layer, Merge, Merge Visible.
.
10.  Duplicate with the Shift +D keys.
 Deselect the marching ants on the duplicate image,
  and minimize to the your taskbar.
( The marching ants should remain active on the original image)

11. Activate the original image and go to
 Effects / Filters / Funhouse / Cirquelate on 20.

12.  Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen More.

13.  Selections / Select None.

14.  Activate the duplicat image now.
Make sure the duplicate image is now active!

15.  Image / Resize canvas to 600 pixels,
to make more room. It can be reduced again later on.

16.  Click on the Deformation Tool and rotate the image,
 see below.



17.  Click on the Pan Tool ( to deselect the Deformation Tool).

18.  Go to Effects / Texture Effects / Mosaic - Glass,
 with these settings below.



19.  Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen More.

20. Go to your Layers palet,
right-click on rastor layer Merge and duplicate.

21.  Image / Mirror and shift a bit.

22.  Activiate the minimized image,
 copy and paste as new layer on the mosaic image.

24.  Image / Rotate / Free Rotate, with these settings below.



25.  Open the Legs tube,
copy and paste as new layer , puts him right. in the image.
See Example above.


26.  Go to your Layers palet and click on Layer 1.
 Go to Image / Resize Image ( only this layer) to 120% - both width and height.
Important: Make sure the "resize all layers"- option is UNCHECKED!

27. Use the Mover Tool  to arrange your image
 to your taste as in the example tag..

28. Open the nadia-flower18.psp image,
 reduce the size to 70 %, the " Reduce all Layers" - option checked this time!!.

29.  Copy and paste onto the mosaic image
and arrange it where you want it to be.


30.  On the Color palet, the background must be on the Gold pattern
 now and the foreground color locked.

31.  New Rastor Layer. Click on the Text Tool and find the Platthand font,
 with these settings below.



31.  Type your text and arrange it on the image.
Keep the large curly text in mind

32.  Merge All Layers Visible and crop the image to your prefered size.

33. New Rastor Layer. Fill with a color from your tube.
 I simply chose black. Drag this layer to the bottom in the layer palet.

34.  Drag rastor layer 1 below the merged layer.

35.  Layers / Merge / Merge All

36.  Image / Add Border,  4 pixels, white.
Select with your Magic Wand and fill with the gold pattern.
Use your imagination with the border design.
 There are many possibilities.
I added an additional tube.

38.  Selectons / Select None.

39.  I have place the extra Lady tube on it, do what you want.
Puts her above the flower tube.

Congratulations. The Cirquels Tag is finished.
